Wingate Plugin idea

Wouldnt it be a good idea if wingate could have a plugin that would extend the accounting feature in wingate. For example... an option to cut off interent access if balances go negitive or time has expired. virtually wingate will be an internet proxy and cafe suite.

Can't you do that already with User:account balance in Advanced Policies of WWW Proxy?

I have tried that... dunno if its a hidden option anywere. Have tried putting amounts in opening balance but still go's to negative. :(
