Simple Question - Why?

Hello for u - vizitor! May be - u can help...

Why in "Assumed Users" wingate window in "By IP Address" I can't sort records by "IP Address matching" or by "is assumed to be" column?

I see records in this table as they was entered - may be for unknowm reason it is helpful - to store records in that order....

May be I did not know something and it works (sorting records by columns)?

Hi

This is not sortable because it is actually order-dependent.

That is due to the fact that it supports wild-card matching on the IP address, e.g. you can enter assumptions like

192.168.0.1?? -> accounts
192.168.0.112 -> bob

When searching for an assumption, it returns on the first match. In the above case, the second assumption would never be hit, because the first one covers the IP of the second one.
