WinGate was working perfectly until I updated to a newer version, now I cannot publish to any of my websites. I get an error message "The server has disconnected you" can you suggest any settings I need to change in WinGate to overcome this publishing problem. Thanks Denis OMahony.

What do you mean by "publish website" are you trying to upload files or access a certain site? What is the error you are getting? Do you need to open certain ports in the firewall?? Do you use a specific program to publish to your site?

I use FrontPage2003 to publish or upload local files on my computer to a secure server in U.S.A
I have several websites that I need to update. Thanks Denis OMahony

Who can solve my problem?

I have come across a problem with Front Page uploading through WinGate a while ago. I can't recall how or if we resolved the problem (I think it was something to do with authentication in the FTP Proxy) but the work-around we used was to make a TCP mapping to the FTP Server on the internet.
When the client computer went to publish the website, they connected to the TCP Mapping in WinGate. The TCP Mapping then relayed the connection to the FTP server on the internet.
Or you could make sure that your client computer is using plain NAT rather than the FTP Proxy.
