cache problem

When some of our user access their yahoo mail using internet explorer, the inbox shows their own mails but when then go to contacts sheet, it shows up somebody else contact. i guess it's a cache problem, but can anyone tell me how to resolve it forever?

I'm using wingate 6.0.2 with ver. 4.x license.

Use the cache filters and criterion to exclude the URL for the user's contacts. That way, it will not be cached.

Go to GateKeeper and open properties of the cache. Select "What to Cache". You can use this like the advanced filters and criterion on policies to specify what should be cached and what should not be cached. Remember that Filters are ORed together while Criterion within a filter are ANDed together.

Yes, on the "General" page - untick "Allow additions to cache" and "Allow lookups from cache".
