Wingate 5.2.3 problem with installation

Hi, I try to install wingate 5.2.3 on my computer running windows XP SP2, but I received message that firewall or internet connection sharing are enabled. I'v checked all of them and they are disabled. Please advise me how to continue installation?

I can't remember off hand how to get around this one, but I do know that we took this check out for WinGate 6.0, so it won't stop the installation.

Is there any reason you can't run WinGate 6.0 instead?

The reason to use 5.2.3 is that I have it and it's very easy to configure. I prefer simple programs :-)
It's work until I installed Windows XP servise pack 2. If you can find any solutions how to install 5.2.3 I will be very grateful.
