wingate server always stop running

my wingate server always stop running. and also sometime my workstations get "socket read failed". why is this happening
pls. help

That depends - so a few a questions to find out more about your setup ...

1. Which version of WinGate are you running?
2. What operating system, etc. are you running on?
3. How are your clients connecting through WinGate?
4. When you say, "wingate server always stop running" does it cause a blue-screen-of-death stop or does the service / application terminate?
