Bandwidth Control on Port 80

Hi Guys.
I Am using Wingate 6.01 Build 995 to share my Internet Access over a
Windows 2000 Pro.

I know, I can do Bandwidth Control using ENS and I would like
to know if I can do the same Bandwidth Control using the WWW Proxy Server on Port 80. Because I just want that my users have Access to
WWW and Anything else.

You can still use the same bandwidth control - just don't forget to tick the checkbox "Local machine traffic".
