trying out the new biuild of wingate 6 using the pop3 collection option
Was wondering if any body could help me im trying to log onto ihug server to collect the mail but the log just keeps coming up with socket failiure.
I know the details are correct and the account active as i can log in and fetch the messages using mdaemon but i would rater just use wingate to collect the mail and forward it to my mail server
Any ideas

Suggest that you turn on the the full debug logging for the SMTP server, run a session of pop collection until failure then post the POP3 Collection log back here and someone will be able to sort this for you asap.

The logs are located under the Wingate Program dir ..\wingate\logs\...
