Do you mean you want to cache only files larger than 30 megabytes in WinGate? If so, you can do something along these lines. Although you can't create a rule to only cache files larger than 30MB in the first place, you can modify the purging rules so that files larger than 30MB are not deleted from the cache on purge. I have included instructions below for removing the existing purging rules and making a new rule that purges anything less than 30MB

1. Navigate to Gatekeeper -> System tab -> Caching -> What to purge

2. Delete the three default filters so that no purging rules exist

3. Click Add Filter

4. Click Add Criterion

5. Select [This criterion is met if] [Cachefile size (bytes)] [less than] [30000]

6. Click OK

With this change, all cachefiles less than 30megs will be deleted whenever the cache is purged.

"What to purge" contains filters that allow you to manipulate cache records depending on file size, whereas "What to cache" does not. So to control what files you store in your cache, the purging rules must be used.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question.

You can make filters in "What to cache", but not a filter that will cache only files larger than 30MB, which is why you need to use the purging rules.
