Hi,
I am trying to access a bank's online banking service through a client connecting via wingate. After several telephone calls to the banks tech support, it appears that wingate it closing the connection.
The only information I have to go off is the following from the banks own diagnostic program run on our client pc:
ERROR_ 155.136.72.48 (A1) SocRecvSimple(3c4, "CLI_SEC_SendOptions") Recv length failed: WSA: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Any ideas where I may need to look in Wingate to stop wingate closing the connection?
Thanks
Nick

Hi Nick
Just as a suggestion,
You could see if the HTTPs settings in the WWW proxy that the "allow any port to be connected" is checked.
Either that or if SSL connection is using a differnet secure port then this may need to be entered here in the HTTPs settings.
Regards
Erwin

Sadly we don't have a solution yet.
