I had succesfully in the past used TCP mapping to map
http://myserver.com:2526 to
http://10.0.16.2:3000 which is a webclient service over another subnet. This was working fine but since upgrading (may be before) to version 6.0.3 it seems not to work any more.
On discovering this I created a redirect in the ENS Firewall Ports Secrity and that is working like a charm. I am confused as to the use for the TCP mapping and its functionality. Can some one direct me to a doc or explain the difference.

The difference is the level at which it happens. ENS Redirects are done by the WinGate driver; which happens much earlier.
The most likely change between 6.0.3 and the earlier versions you might have been running would have been the change to binding policies. You should double check those (That's most likely what caused the TCP mapping to fail)
