You have to deactivate the license first - you can do that either from the previously installed Wingate or drop a message to Matt Parker (
mattp@qbik.com) explaining your situation - he is the license master. You will need to provide him with your license details - the name of the licensee, the date the license was activated - he will be able to deactivate the license then.
Aside of the license question, what module was reported by the system as being an originator of the crash?
