HELP!!! cant find license key. urgently need to reinstall...

Can smoeone up at Qbik help me out with my license key please?
We had to format the server, and i took down the activated license key down before the reformat together with out puresight and kaspersky plugin licenses. But now when i want to reinstall wingate and i enter the license key it doesnt work.!!!help!! i need help real quick!
