wingate suddenly stop working...sigh

ok, it happen yesterday, all of the connection to the internet is gone except the server's just fine, so, i check the network, all the other mshome group(5 of them) pc can still see each on the lan, sharing files and printer etc. on the gatekeeper on the server, however, it sees the access asking pc as in color gray opposed to what it supposed to be a little blue window. so i check the update, i was using 6.03, so i downloaded the latest one, uninstalled the old one, but it still didn't work with the new one, so i reformat the c drive, reinstalled xp, downloaded updates, and reinstalled wingate, it still didn't work, the pc can ping each other just fine, including the server, server is running xp with sp2 and latest security updates.
the connection is there! but it just won't share the access, help!!! XD

the network setting on pc and server has been the same for 4 years, so i doesn't seem like it's the ip setting on nic and stuff. the gatekeeper sees the other pcs in gray, don't know what that means, and only for a short period of time, after a while nothing is on there.

Can you access internet from WIngate computer? Also, make sure that the adapter usage is correct - internal/external.
