Spam Filtering

Hello,
I have been using wingate for about 6 months now, and I am very pleased with it's performance.
However I am now starting to get that dreaded problem of spam.
Is there any way, (Maybee an available pluggin) where I can reject mail based on word filtering ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Paul,

We don't have an anti-spam plug-in but we've built in some anti-spam features in the WinGate mail server which may help. The only problem with them is they may be a little too restrictive.

On the receiving tab of the mail server you'll see 6 options, block invalid sender domain, blank return path etc. You can read more about these in the help file.

Most of the options are common in spam, so if you shut them down you should see the spam reduce.
