Problems with delivery of mail
I have mail server WinGate.

I send the messege on the certain server.
WinGate smtp server writes, that has delivered.
Bat in log-files - it looks as if there is a breakage before transfer of the body of the message , quote:

**.com.ua C=>: RCPT TO:<name@**.com.ua>
**.com.ua <=S: 250 2.5.0 Address Ok.
**.com.ua C=>: DATA
**.com.ua <=S: 250 2.1.5 name@**.com.ua OK.
**.com.ua C=>: RSET
**.com.ua <=S: 354 Enter mail, end with "." on a line by itself
**.com.ua C=>: QUIT

At the recipient a following situation:

smtp[4107]: smtp[941]: connection from [...my IP....]
smtp[4107]: smtp[941]: client timeout/disconnect while receiving mail message

In what is problem? Where to search?
Help!!!!!

Hi Elena,

Would you be able to create a support ticket and post a more complete log file there?

It seems strange that we would send a rset in response to what the server is sending back, so we'll need to look at it further.

Regards,

Matt
