firewall

hello all,

i still don't understand what is happening with the firewall. i'm working with ver.5.0.7 trial.
when i access to page web i receive a return error of conexion.
if dissable the firewall i acces to page web correctly.
and next time if i active the firewall also i access to page web correcty.

why?

other question.
is it possible to form the firewall in ver. 4.0.1. where?
