I wanted to know how I can see the messages inside a user's mailbox? I was looking for that and I could not find it. Some users are say they are not receiving e-mail and I wanted to know if somehow they could get stuck inside their mailbox.
Also, in order for a remote users to access their e-mail I know I have to create a certificate but do I have to create one for every user or just one will do? I created a certificate for a user and he was able to get his e-mail from his house but so was another user who I had not created a certificate for.
Thanks.

The users mailboxes are folders on disk. You can use Windows Explorer to check in the Wingate mail folders.
Only one certificate. It's used to identify your mail server so users can establish a secure connection to the mail server. (And thus authenticate, so they don't get seen as relaying clients) I ran into the same problem before we had that support in the office and had to telnet in from home before I could send (authenticated) through the office SMTP server.

OK, that really helps because I had already created several certificates.
Thank you.
