WINGATE 5 & MDAEMON 4.5 in same Server

Can Install Wingate 5 & Mdaemon Mail Server (intranet/nternet) in
same Server?
How to configure both?

Install WinGate 5 without the mail functions, or if already installed... stop the SMTP and POP3 service of WinGate.

Then map the appropriate ports for MDaemon through WinGate. I believe it is TCP 110 , and TCP 25
