Hi,
I'm experiencing a strange behavior of wingate since 3-4 days ago (it worked fine since then).
I've a network with a server running wingate, 4 clients using NAT and 2 clients using WGIC.
It happens that some clients cannot get access to internet (web or everythong else), while some other can. To fix this problem, I have to reset wingate engine, stopping it then restarting it. But this do not resolves the problem, because after a few minutes it drops the connection to the clients again.
I didn't change anything in wingate configuration nor in clients configuration.
The only thing I did was to remove timeout setting to a couple of services (TCP and UDP Mapping)
What can I do ??
Many thanks
Alessandro

Hi Alessandro,
I've got some questions for you:
Which version of WinGate are you using?
Are you requiring authentication? If so, which type?
Is it always the same clients who lose access? If yes is it the WGIC or NAT clients?
When they lose access do you see their session in GateKeeper still? If yes, try right clicking and terminating the session, can they now connect?
Are they able to ping the server when they lose connection?
What IP address range are you using on your LAN?
Could you list your IP config settings for the server and the clients?
Thanks,
