My son (Client) wil update a game but the system wil not do it, how set I
the ports open in Wingate so that he can download the upgrade.Or mayby
I have to do something els,please let me know.

Hi,

By default all outbound connections through WinGate are permitted, so there are no ports to open. How is the upgrade being done, via FTP?

How are the client machines connecting to the WinGate server? Are they using NAT, proxy or the WGIC?
