Is there a known reason that the history screen when being accessed via the remote gateway shows no information?

Hi Seden,
Yes there is. To see the history database you need to run GateKeeper from a mapped drive. GateKeeper physically opens the file, so you need to be able to 'see' it from where you are logging in.
