DMZ with single external IP

Is this possible? I have 2 NIC on wingate machine, 1 external ip(internet) and other internal ip. I need 1 of my Lan PC to be in DMZ. If yes, how i can set it in wingate?

DMZ subnets do not have NAT support and therefore there will be no connectibility to or from private range DMZ subnets.

There is no other way? Like using ARP responder? I remember seeing 1 of Adrien post on DMZ on multiple IP.
