1. I cannot understand this statement, can you try and describe again?

2. Can the client ping the Wingate server?

Did you know you can use the latest version of WinGate (6.0.4) with your 5.2.3 license? Only features you bought with your license would be available though.

ok.
client can ping the wingate server
I set IP wingate server: 192.168.4.4 (internal), 192.168.3.3 (external)

if I set IP windows client:
IP: 192.168.4.5
Default getwate: 192.168.4.4
Local Area Network (LAN) Setting (proxy server): 192.168.4.4
this computer not install wingate client and not access to internet

But if I set:
if I set IP windows client:
IP: 192.168.3.5
Default getwate: 192.168.3.3
Local Area Network (LAN) Setting (proxy server): not set
this computer access to internet

Thanks

Hi,

I would just like to clarify something about your setup, you say that you have two adapters in WinGate, 192.168.4.4 and 192.168.3.3. Are these marked correctly as internal and external on the network tab in GateKeeper?

Does your network look like this:

LAN Client ----- WinGate server ----- Internet connection
192.168.4.* ------ 192.168.4.4 ---- 192.168.3.3 ------ 192.168.3.1
(Internal) (external)

If your adapters are not marked correctly then you will have problems with your firewall and bindings in your services.

Please check your bindings for the WWW proxy service and make sure that there is a binding policy to bind to any internal adapter, and that 192.168.4.4 is listed and started in the list of adapters.

Thanks.
I think, I setup correctly on Wingate server, because most of computer client access to internet good(I use Proxy, another I use Wingate client), only this computer is not.

If you can access the internet when you set the client to the 192.168.3.* subnet then it doesn't sound like you're set up properly. Can you please detail your ipconfiguration from the server and one of the clients? Is your network set up like my last forum post?
