Wingate disallows connection per user

Is wingate fully compatible with Windows 2003 Standard Server Active Directory? If so, is it able to interact with the Active Directory to only allow certain users to access the web? If so, how reliable is this?

Hi Stefan,

WinGate won't actually see permissions that you set in the Active Directory, however if you place users into groups and import the groups you can set policies in WinGate to allow/deny access to those groups.
