wingate email server cannot send email

I have a problem sending email using wingate 6.03.

The problem is as follow:
The wingate is runnning fine for all my needs including web proxy , remote desktop , email and msn until one user trying to send email to an email address likes this ; user@subdomain.domain.com. The email to this address has gone missing if it is sent via the wingate server. But, there is no problem if it is sent out directing from ms outlook.

Hi,

Have you set up the WinGate mail server to send mail? If you have could you enable debug logging in the SMTP server and post the log showing the failure?

If you are just NATing through WinGate to send mail what is the error message?

Thanks for the reply. I managed to solve the problem by clearing the cache in dns/wins server resolver.
