wingate blocks clients traffic

i hav using wingate 6 which initially installs and works fine.. but after some time.. (restarts) just blocks up the traffic on the client machines.. is there any setting disturbed.. it has happend twice already

Are you running an Anti Virus on this server? If it is, is it set to scan the WinGate directory? It may be a good idea to try and stop it from scanning the WinGate directory as this can sometimes cause issues.

Do you notice any server loading issues? i.e. is WinGate (or any other process) showing very high CPU usage?

Another thing it could possibly be is a DNS loop?
