Wingate User Names and restricting access...

Hi,

I'm new to wingate, migrating from WinProxy.
I've got a test WinGate server installed, with two test WGIC PCs.
Both of the clients connect fine, but almost always display the user name as GUEST, rather than the logged in user.
Only email traffic displays the correct user name.
How do I get all traffic to display the correct user, and ensure NTLM authenticated users only.

Next, how do I limit access?
I've removed the default system policy on WWW Proxy, but I can still display web pages.
How do I allow some users and not others?

Is there the concept of a white and blacklists?
To include 100s of site addresses in policies would be a nightmare.

Also, when are policy changes applied to the system?
I make a change and the restrictions are the same, then maybe at somepoint in the future it looks like the changes are applied.
How can I force the application of the policies?
