Hi,
Recently one of my customer started to experience a rather common problem: running out of disk space. The odd thing about this is that the guilty relies on WinGate.
It started to fill up \Windows\Temp with files named "wgf??.tmp" and "avp??.tmp" as well as a folder called "KAV Updater update files". Most of the time, the "avp" files are removed automatically, althoug this morning, for example, I had to clean them up manually. The "wgf" can be very big, and seem to never be deleted, so, eventually, filling up the disk. I tapped inside one of them and found it to be an email message with a PDF and a ZIP file attached. At this very moment, there are three files, named wgf6e.tmp, wgf8c.tmp and wgf72.tmp, all growing as I press F5 to update the information.
What are this files and how do I get them automatically removed? (At least, this is the only customer where I see these files!)
Attached WinGateConfig.txt. Please let me know if you need other information
Thanks for your help
Regards
Serginho
