Adobe Acrobat

Oct 07 08 8:53 am

Hello,

We are using Wingate 6.2.2. The problem we are having is we are unable to view a .PDF file behind Wingate. When we try to download and open the file, we get the message "unable to open file, the file is damaged"

I have tried the website several times at home and on other computers that are not on our network and it works fine. The website is http://ujsportal.pacourts.us/docketsheets/cp.aspx

Do you have any ideas why this would be happening?

Thanks!
Ann

Hi Ann,

Is it all pdf's or just from this particular website? Do you have any plug-ins on this WinGate server?

I can open acrobat files from other websites and I have no plugins.
It could be something unique in the website, do you have any ideas?

Thanks
Ann

Ann,

Could you give us a docket number to test?

Thanks!

Hi Larry and Ann,

Works ok here, using SeaMonkey and Acrobat 9.

Ticket like: CP-25-CR-0001133-2008 // CP-25-CR-0001233-2008 etc etc.

Nev & Ann,

Tested here OK. WG 6.2.3 + KAV using Proxy not intercept.
