Wingate Blank on login?

Hi all,

Server has been up and running fine for a long time (i.e this is not a fresh install). But recently something has happened because when i login to Gatekeeper, its blank.

I did find a previous article stating that if you stop the Wingate Service and delete the cache files, then restart it should correct the issue.

Tried above to no avail.

Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

Hi

this is normally caused by changes to policy.

Privileges for who is allowed to monitor activity, or edit service or user settings are granted in System settings.

By default this is granted to the Administrators group. If you changed group membership or are logging in with another account, that could explain it.
