Exclude websites from block list

I have been asked to block all games websites by our headteacher so the pupils can't waste time during lessons, so i have added "URL contains game" to our ban list for the WWW Proxy. This has had the desired effect, until teachers now want sites like BBC bitesize games unblocking. I am having a problem allowing certain sites to be accessed, i know i can't just put them into the ban list with "Is not met if" so how do i allow them?

Is it through the advanced policy tab?

Do i need to create a new policy? or can i do it all through 1 policy?

just create another policy which only grants access to the sites you want to allow. You'd need to add these under the advanced tab, each site would be a criterion in a new filter.
