I'm writing from Italy, there is possibility to control the user connection time with wingate proxy?
for example the user A can connect from 16.00 p.m. to 17.00 p.m every day..

Hi

yes, you can specify the time during which rights are granted. When editing policy, look at the Time tab. If you specify a time range in there, then that recipient will only be granted rights during that period.
