Hi
Could we get you to do a packet capture and send it into our support desk please?
open GateKeeper, select options->Packet capture
Then specify a file to save to (e.g. FTP.cap), then specify to filter, and select a freehand filter, in which you would enter
tcp.port = 21
and click start. Then try your FTP client, and when it fails, stop the capture and send it through to us. That will show us if there is any difference between what the client sends WinGate, and what WinGate sends the server, or exactly what is going on.
Regards
Adrien

i'm not using ENS, and i think for this reason i can't do a packet capture with wingate,
do you want a capture from wireshark (on the server running wingate ?)

yep, wireshark would be great.
If you can capture both internal and external interfaces would be great, so we can see what WinGate receives from the client, and what it sends on to the server.
Thanks
Adrien
