We can't access web cam in clients wingate 6.1.0

Hi, we have installed wingate 6.1.0 in os windows 2003, for access internet/yahoo messanger from clints is ok but we can't access web cam yahoo messanger, why ?
please trick and advice.

6.1.0 is pretty old now, so I'm thinking the first thing to do is try installing the latest version to make sure you aren't dealing with an old problem that has already been fixed. After installing the latest version, let the forum know if the problem persists and we'll take it from there.

we have check our wingate pro version 6.2.2 with 50 concurrent users licences, if we upgrade our wingate to version 6.6.4 is free or pay ?
