Hi
WinGate 6 doesn't have any extra options for logging such information. WinGate 7 however has W3C logging, where you can specify fields and headers to log, including querystring (cs-uri-query)
If you'd like to try WinGate 7 (currently pre-beta), let us know.

I have an indirect answer and would like to add a question or two:
I have Wingate 6.1 at a bank. To get reports out of it that made sense, I am using Sawmill. With Sawmill I automatically retrieve the www proxy logs every Wed morning and it emails myself the top 50 ip address of people (75 computers in use) using the internet and the top 100 sites that were hit. If I see unusually big activity from someone who should be busier working, I can select their ip address (by manually running sawmill and applying an ip filter) and then see what sites that ip address went to. All of the computers in the bank are a static ip...branch offices etc. Is Sawmill the right answer for log checking... it seems to work pretty well?
My next concern is website filtering. I already have the Kaspersky A/V plugin and am looking at the Puresight plugin. Does it know the BAD websites or is it going by site ratings and, will I still get good log info from it....like the www log folder provides?

We recommend either Sawmill or ProxyInspector, and if Sawmill is doing what you need then definitely stick with it.

PureSight uses ACR (active content recognition) for Pornographic and Gambling sites. ACR determines a probability score for a page containing restricted content and lets you adjust the probability. It also has multiple other list-based categories that are maintained by PureSight. You're welcome to trial it free for 30 days to see if it's going to do what you need.
