How can I allow an user to access a banned site?

Hello,
I have been checking the board but can not find a similar topic.
I want to allow a few users to access a banned website. I have a list of banned websites create and for instance I have facebook in my banned list. but if an user in HR department needs to verify info in the banned website, how can I allow that user to access the site without removing the website from the banned list.

Hi

you can just grant the user access with a new recipient of rights.

1. Go to the WWW proxy, policies page
2. click "Add"
3. Select the user you want
4. Go to the advanced tab
5. New filter, new criterion "sitename contains .... " and enter the site
6. OK, OK, OK

that will grant access for the user to the site.
