Hi,

Have you purchased a license or do you need a 30 day free trial license? You can request a free trial from within the License Manager, (help-->license manager) just follow the wizard.

There is a bug in the 2.0.4 VPN installation. When you launch the activation client from within the installation it does not have a list of products to be activated. This has been fixed, but you can work around this problem by completing the installation without activating and then activating it from within GateKeeper or by running the License Management tool from the Start Menu.
