Block MSN Messenger

Hi to all

I am testing Wingate 6.0.4 I have installed under Win2k3 Standard, and I am using the assumed access to the Workstations, and I just trying to block the access to MSN Messenger ..and I do not where and How .. I would appreciatte your help on this
