Reactivate Wingate after hardisk broken

Hello everyone, until a week ago using wingate version 6.6.4 built in 1338.
Now, the server that hosted Wingate, broke the disc beyond repair and I can not deactivate the license that was in use.
What i have to do for disable the license used until a week ago?
Other than, that I do not remember that I used license and want to know how to communicate or have it return.
I await your advice and thanks a lot

Hi

you'll need to open a support ticket

go to http://support.qbik.com

our support team will need to ask you some questions to track down your license if you can't remember the key. We can match on things like

* email address it was purchased with (if purchased directly from us)
* license name (e.g. if the name on your license matched your company name or a person's name who purchased it)
* computer name it was activated on

All information can be helpful, and if you can provide this when you open the ticket it will speed things up.

In the meantime, you should be able to activate a trial so you can get the software working until we sort out your license.
