Hi

WinGate bandwidth rules only work with IP addresses and ports, so you would need to create rules based on the IP addresses of the youtube servers.

Given that these are likely local cache servers in your country, you will need to do some investigation to find out their IP addresses.

The first step would be to look through the proxy log files to see what sites are involved in youtube, then use nslookup or ping to resolve their IP addresses (from the command line), then you will need to generate some rules in bandwidth control in WinGate to restrict traffic.

Sorry it's not easier. We have plans to overhaul bandwidth control, and this is one feature we wish to add.

Regards

Adrien
