Newbie needs help

So, I'm trying out this software, I've installed it ( on a pc with win7 ultimate) and the proxy works fine in this computer. Of course, it's the same computer so it works like it should. The problem is with other computers in my network. I'm trying to get one pc with XP and another with WIN7 to work with this proxy I've setup in this pc, but I can't seem to make it work.

We don't have a domain, we have a workgroup with XP and win7 versions.

Can someone help me with this?
