Thank you for this list. We purchased wingate originally from a now defunct company. We purchased the version 7 upgrade directly from you. How would support work if we didn't purchase from anyone on this list?

it would depend on the dealer. Some offer paid support to all comers.

Depending on your timezone, you can always try us first, if it's urgent I'd recommend a support ticket rather than a forum post.
