Update Problem with Wingate...

Actually i can't update Wingate it gives me an error only when I check for them, the error shown is :"(https://update.qbik.com/serviceV2.php)Error -1 fault:SOAP-ENV:Client[nosubcode] "End of file or no input " Detail: [no detail]"

Hi

The update client in WinGate uses SOAP, which is over HTTPS. This can fail for a number of reasons, usually if there is an upstream proxy between WinGate and the Internet, or something blocking verification of the SSL certificate used by our update servers.

Is your WinGate directly connected to the internet, or does it go out via some other firewall that may be blocking or requiring authentication?
