I got a problem here.
My client got a licence for 100 users and they got a dedicated windows 2000 pro running it.
The issue now is that for some reason I can't login in the w2kpro machine.
The local or domain adminstrators' passwords are not working for some reason. It has been more than 2 weeks and I can't find any solution for this issue.
The wingate software is working but I need to have access to it.
I could simply reformat the HD and reinstall everything, but I think I supposed to deactivate the wingate instalation.
All the hardware will be the same, from the HD to the CPU, so can I simply reformat everthing and reinstall the software?
What do you suggest to help me?

So the only problem that you're having is that you can't log in to GateKeeper to administer WinGate?
Or do you mean that you can't log in to Windows?
If the problem is logging in to GateKeeper then you definitely don't need to reinstall. Just tell us the error that you are seeing when you try to log in.

Well, that doesn't sound too good. If you do decide to reinstall everything it's no trouble for us to deactivate the WinGate license for you, just email the license details to sales at qbik dot com and ask to have the license deactivated.

I need access to the computer. I can't change anything neither on the machine or wingate. It seems to be a domain issue but it's only happening on the wingate machine.
So I'll send the info to deactivate it, reformat and reinstall everything and then activate the softwate again.
I'll probably do that on monday. Today I'll pretty busy.
Thx for the help.

Mattp,
I'd sent a support request and the person who gave me the reply deactivated the key for me.
Then I reinstalled everything, activated the key and everything is running ok again.
Thx for the help.
