Little help on a different WWW port

Nov 01 05 10:00 am

I have a unusual situation with a specific web site.

One you try to enter on their libary area you are redirected to another address:

http://recreio.senado.gov.br:4505/ALEPH/-/start/livro

Looks like this site is trying to use PORT 4505.

I'm using transparent proxy, so the WWW proxy is capturing and processing anything that comes to port 80, but this web page is using 4505.

I tride to create a TCP mapping rule with that port number, but it didn't quite work.

I believe that this TCP mapping should do the trick, but I'm unable to make it work, so there must be something missing.

Can anyone gimme a tip on how to solve W.W.Weird port issue?

You can add this port to the list of intercepted WWW ports.
