What button? The Go button in IE?

I have disabled DNS cache is same

Do you mean the Web Cache? Did you purge it?

1. What version of WinGate are you using?
2. What connection method do the clients use? NAT / Proxy / WinGate Internet Client (WGIC) / Intercepts.
3. If you are using the WWW Proxy / Intercepts, then please turn on debug logging for the WWW Proxy Service; does that indicate where the issue may be?
4. How often does this happen?
5. What is the speed of your internet connection?
6. What CPU / RAM is on the WinGate server?
7. How many users?

Hi Johnny,

Thanks for the details. I had a colleague read this post for a second opinion, and this issue your clients are having are not obvious.

We have some questions / suggestions:

1. When the blank page appears, can you view the Source? IE --> View menu --> Source
2. Can you send us the debug logs, and try to indicate where in the log, the blank page is returned. Please send it into sales@wingate.com and reference this forum post.
3. What type of WinGate license do you have; how many users?
4. We would recommend upgrading to our latest release, 6.1, and see if the issues still occurs. It can be downloaded from here: http://downloads.qbik.com/qbiknz2/downl ... 68-USE.EXE

3. I have turn on debug logging in www proxy services. Is this method can reslove this problems ?

I asked you to do that, so we can get detailed information about the request going through the proxy.

Please let us know how you get on.
