1. If you cannot ping Goolges domain name, but can ping its ip address; then that will be a DNS issue.
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ping
www.google.com
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ping 66.102.7.104

3. If you are still having issues, can we see an ipconfig/all from the WinGate box, and a client machine? Please mask any part of public IP addresses.
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all
4. If you have the Realtek 8029 network card, then you will need to check an option in (Windows) Start menu --> Programs --> WinGate --> Advanced Options --> Hardware Specific
5. You may also want to check that the Windows Firewall / ICS is turned off the in Windows Services
