Another try: java logon and XP pro

Sorry for the 2' post, but I really need an advice, this is my 1' post:

Hi all.

I've another question:

I've a windows XP pro that need to login with the "java client for wingate" to wingate 4.3.0 web navigation but what I have back from Wingate is only the grey screen "java client for wingate" and NOT the popup java login windows.
The others LAN PCs Windows 2k Pro work very well, an other with XP pro work well too... I don't understand!
Explorer popups control is disabled (not flagged), are there some problem with the Java VM?
