Protocol "Unknown"

Hi,

I am getting a Protocol "Unknown" when running prox inspector to generate reports on useage. About 7 clients on the network have used this unknown protocol, is there anyway to check what this "unknown" protocol maybe?

can you check in the history in GateKeeper to see what is in there that isn't in your proxy inspector reports?
